I can provide legal services myself (on my behalf and by my rates) or, if you desire or if assistance of other specialists is needed, via Law firm Tuzlukov & Partners (on behalf of the law firm and by its rates).

Legal advice and representation are provided in the following spheres:

• copyright, esp. copyright in the Internet,
• trademarks,
• domain names,
• non-pecuniary rights (to the name, to the image and likeness, etc),
• torts (defamation, moral damages, injuries, etc),
• divorce, property settlement, marriage contract,
• inheritance,
• contract law,
• generally, I might render legal services in other civil law cases as well.

What I offer is a wide range of legal services either in Russian or in English including but not limited to:

• drawing up and legal examination of contracts, claims, responses,
• oral and written legal consultations,
• settlement of legal issues and claims (negotiations, amicable and judicial settlement),
• mediation,
• legal representation in Russian courts,
• search for a specific trademark or word in the online base of trademarks registered in Russia.

• usage of not only legal patterns, but development of unique solutions (for instance, generally, I never use pattern contract forms as no pattern can ideally fit a client),
